German startup Lendis offers a subscription-based rental service for furniture, acoustic solutions, laptops, smartphones and other office appliances, allowing equipment to be used in multiple cycles, extending its life and avoiding the production of new items.

The company provides modular furniture and electronic devices through proprietary workstation management software, allowing customers to take responsibility for their workforce equipment, both in the office and remotely.

Beyond products, Lendis OS's trump card is the SaaS solution that allows employees' equipment and software to be configured and managed in the hybrid work world. The innovative B2B software makes it easy for companies to select, manage and administer work equipment through a simple rental model. With just one click, companies can rent all their equipment in a flexible and sustainable way.

To guarantee flexibility for companies, Lendis takes care of the entire process, from delivery to professional installation and collection at the end of the rental period. The various office equipment, such as desks, office telephone stations and keyboards, are delivered to the requested address and can be returned at any time to adapt to changing business needs. In addition, Lendis takes care of maintenance and insurance services.

Founded in 2018, the company now has fifty employees and in early 2022 raised €80 million in a Series A funding round led by Circularity Capital and Keen Venture Partners. To date, the Berlin-based company has already equipped over 100,000 employees of more than 1,000 companies, including Lufthansa and WWF.
