We begin the year 2024 with great news: Renewable Matter becomes bimonthly.
Six issues a year for more comprehensive and even more articulate reporting. From the circular economy of territories to sustainable finance, from nature-based solutions and bioeconomy to IT technologies for decarbonization, crossing through the world of energy and chemistry: Renewable Matter grows stronger as an intelligence and analysis tool for decision-makers, companies, research centers, consulting firms, and professionals.
As the ecological and economic transition progresses in complexity and scope, Renewable Matter also broadens its spectrum of observation, delving into a multiplicity of economic sectors, new technological trends, in between steps forward (and backward) in policy and regulations.
In the face of the relentless pace of the circular transformation and decarbonization of the industry, the social and political struggles related to environmental polycrisis, the rise of new complex issues, the need to study controversial innovations, and the necessity to closely follow key international forums (such as COPs and G7s), Renewable Matter accepts the challenge of creating in-depth journalism at an ever-increasing rate (we are already a daily newspaper on the website!).
An economics magazine that is chosen "for its ability to address a single topic in a comprehensive way," for being a "thought-provoking tool that helps people think, away from the flow of social and snack news," for the "elegance and expertise with which key issues for the future of humanity are addressed." These comments, along with others gathered from readers, are the other impetus that motivated us to achieve, thanks to the support of our editor, Nicola Colucci, the bimonthly nature of the magazine.
To bear the costs of these improvements, we have adjusted subscription prices, seeking the right balance between the sustainability of work and convenience for readers. Indeed, it always remains our priority to ensure maximum access to quality information. For this reason, too, we have decided to keep the prices for libraries unchanged.
The content of our magazines, however, will have ever-improving quality and fact-checking, with more interviews in the Think Tank section, new columns, such as Reading Matter, and new elements such as Riccardo Pravettoni's cartographic works and Alterales comic strips to further bring an extra layer of information. For those who are already subscribers, until renewal, everything will remain as before.
There is only one thing left for you to do at this point: unfold the pages of Renewable Matter!
