KEY - The Energy Transition Expo, the most important European event dedicated to technologies, services, integrated solutions for energy efficiency and renewable energy in Italy, Africa and Southern Europe, organized by Italian Exhibition Group, is back.

With renewable energy growing steadily, it is increasingly essential to stay updated on the latest developments, both technological and regulatory, in the sector. And there is no better event for this than the fair at the Rimini exhibition center from February 28 to March 1, 2024.

Key Energy 2024

2024 is a year particularly packed with international meetings and important business events, but KEY Energy remains an essential destination for forging strategic partnerships, taking stock of energy and climate policies, assessing market opportunities and meeting renewable energy and energy efficiency stakeholders.

This year's edition will cover a larger expo surface and host more international exhibitors than the previous one. Among the 14 pavilions you will find the Innovation District, to ensure a focus on those investing in research and development, and the Sustainable Building District, now in its third edition.  Within the energy efficiency pavilion (B5), the Sustainable Building District creates an area dedicated to green building by involving central and local institutions, the trade audience and end customers, public and private, through conferences, seminars, networking meetings and workshops.

Innovation

Key Energy gives utmost importance, by definition, to innovation. This year visitors will see the inauguration of the Key Storage Expo, a new exhibition area in addition to the six traditional sectors of the event-Solar, Wind, Hydrogen, Energy Efficiency, e-mobility and Sustainable City.

In Halls B6 and B7, Key Storage Expo will shine the spotlight on residential static energy storage and industrial utility scale. Analysing the development it is having in Europe, it will showcase solutions for electrochemical-type storage, aiming to expand the offering and accommodate other energy storage technologies in the future.

There will also be no shortage of space for younger and innovative entrepreneurs. In fact, the Start-Up & Scale-Up area is confirmed to bring new business opportunities to life. Thanks to the Start-Up & Scale-Up Call, through which 30 startups will be chosen and will have the opportunity to access the Innovation District for free.
