Waste Management Europe is a reference event in the trade fair panorama linked to the theme of Circular Economy which brings together political decision-makers, global organizations and innovative solutions to address the challenges of waste management and guide the implementation of the various activities in this area.
The first edition in 2022 was an excellent launch platform that created considerable enthusiasm in the community, looking for a valuable annual meeting place for Europe. The second edition in 2023 hosted many leading names who shared solutions to reduce the amount of waste, increase the recycling rate and achieve a true circular economy, including Amazon, IKEA, Deloitte, ENI, IBM to mention a few, as well as representatives of local and international institutions.
This third edition in 2024 will connect thousands of professionals united by the common effort to achieve very important goals and ensure a planet fit for future generations.
Waste Management Europe a Bergamo
The event, of which Renewable Matter is a media partner, will be focused for this third edition on the theme Transforming waste into a resource - Innovate, Collaborate, Support. WME 2024 will once again be set up at the Bergamo Fair, from 9 to 11 April 2024, an area rich in history, traditions and with an entrepreneurial network among the most prosperous in the country. In an exhibition and conference space of over 4000 m² the entire waste management and material recycling industry chain will be well represented.
The international conference takes place over three days and offers comprehensive coverage with expert speakers, contributions and interventions on various topics, including improving environmental sustainability, tackling climate change, the economic benefits linked to the circular economy, the in-depth analysis of laws and regulations.
This year too, ample space will be dedicated to the numerous technical-scientific presentations in the "Theatre", set up inside the exhibition pavilion, thanks to the contribution of innovative exhibitors and important Universities and Research Institutions.
In just three days it will be possible to meet hundreds of the most innovative minds in waste management, many of whom are constantly looking for skills and solutions to the main challenges for their companies.
