Francesco Cara is a professor of ecodesign at the School of Design of the Milan Polytechnic and at IED Milan. His work explores the role and practice of design in the current era, the Anthropocene, with a focus on digital sustainability. Francesco Cara is among the co-authors of the book Digital Ecology (Altreconomia, 2022) and is active in the European campaign for the right to repair, repair.eu.
