The Double Life of Peach and Apricot Kernels

The region of Emilia Romagna was the first in Italy to draw up a list of by-products that can be re-used as secondary raw materials in the production processes or as biofuels. Companies have thus the advantage of having to dispose of less waste and consequently less costs involved.
