At Circularity 19, in Minneapolis, the world of business converged with the aim of accelerating the American circular economy. Big names, packed out workshops and lots of networking that demonstrate great vitality. The only negative note: a lack of input from the public sector.


Minneapolis is a progressive city, rising from the gentle banks of the Mississippi river, in the Upper Midwestern state of Minnesota. For many years the city was famous for its skyways, enclosed footbridges between skyscrapers that let walkers avoid the freezing winter temperatures, and for the Mall of America, which to this day is still the continent’s largest shopping centre....
